Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy.
Because all products are made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or variant selection, or buyer’s remorse may not be eligible for refund once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@irelandinspires.eu and include clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
You are not required to return the item unless specifically instructed.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, consumer rights may apply under local regulations.
However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods. As all Ireland Inspires products are made to order, standard cancellation rights may not apply once production has begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
